GreeNat Solar Park

EMANTE proudly supplied the photovoltaic mounting structures for the GreeNat Solar Park, a large-scale solar energy installation with a total capacity of 100 megawatts. The park is divided into four units of 25 MW each, plus a smaller 1.5 MW section designed to meet specific site conditions.

Structural Foundations

For the majority of the project, precast concrete foundations provide a stable base to which EMANTE's photovoltaic structures are securely attached. The smaller 1.5 MW section uses a pile-driving system known as Badipal, ideal for challenging ground conditions and ensuring minimal environmental impact.

Material Excellence

All structures are fabricated using Magnelis-coated steel, a material chosen for its superior corrosion resistance and self-healing properties. Magnelis significantly enhances durability, ensuring long-term performance even in aggressive environmental conditions.

Supply and Execution

Over seven months, EMANTE delivered approximately 2,000 tons of Magnelis steel and related accessories, maintaining strict adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Our team worked closely with the developers to ensure seamless installation and integration.

Impact

This project reflects EMANTE's role as a trusted partner in renewable energy infrastructure, delivering innovative, durable solutions that contribute to building a sustainable future.

Let's build a greener world together.
